www.BgreenTV.com HELP U.S. SAVE THE PLANET MAKE A ECO FRIENDLY Video Today OR YOU AND HELP U.S. SAVE THE PLANET ABC 7 News Report, September 28, 2006 The family Dervaes Walk to Freedom, an urban homesteading project, in Pasadena. Since 80 years the family has a lot of their city turned into an organic permaculture garden. The shipyard has more than 350 species of plants that are edible or used for other purposes. The garden provides the family with their Year FoodRound. The family has sold some of their greens to local restaurants. This gives them the money to buy solar panels and energy-efficient appliances. Solar panels provide power to their homes and they use a solar oven to cook food on sunny days. (Note: Industry News mistakenly cited the goats whose milk can produce are dairy goats and milk, but like all mammals, but only lactate when children are pregnant or lactating women have not bred our two goats yet ...)
